Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, and Z Flip7 FE have received 2.1 lakh pre-orders in India within just 48 hours. Prices start at ₹89,999 with launch offers and no-cost EMI options.

Samsung’s latest lineup of foldable smartphones—the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, and the first-ever Galaxy Z Flip7 FE—has made a strong debut in India. According to the company, the trio collectively received over 210,000 pre-orders within the first 48 hours of launch, matching the response seen earlier this year for the Galaxy S25 series. This marks a major milestone for Samsung’s foldables in the country.
The impressive pre-order numbers highlight a growing interest among Indian consumers, especially younger buyers, in premium smartphones that bring together design innovation and high-end features. These seventh-generation foldables were announced just last week, and Samsung opened pre-bookings shortly after the global reveal.
Pricing, Offers, and Availability
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is priced at ₹1,74,999, while the Galaxy Z Flip7 is available for ₹1,09,999. The more accessible Galaxy Z Flip7 FE comes in at ₹89,999. All three models are available to pre-order through major online platforms, Samsung’s official website, and offline retail outlets across the country.
To sweeten the deal, Samsung is offering early buyers the 512GB storage variant at the price of the 256GB model across all three foldables. Customers can also benefit from up to 24 months of no-cost EMI, making these premium devices a bit easier on the wallet.
Color Options and Build
Samsung is offering a variety of color choices. The Galaxy Z Fold7 comes in Blue Shadow, Silver Shadow, and Jet Black, while the Galaxy Z Flip7 is available in Coral Red, Jet Black, and Blue Shadow. An exclusive Mint color option is available for both devices on Samsung.com. The Galaxy Z Flip7 FE is offered in classic Black and White.

All three devices are manufactured in India and come pre-installed with Android 16 and Samsung’s latest One UI 8. The new software version includes a range of AI-powered features, such as Google Gemini Live and Samsung’s own productivity enhancements. Users can expect smoother multitasking, AI-driven suggestions, and advanced privacy tools backed by Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection (KEEP).

What’s New with Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, and Flip7 FE
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is now thinner and lighter than its predecessor, weighing 215 grams and folding down to just 8.9mm in thickness. It features an 8-inch AMOLED 2X inner display that’s brighter and more vivid than before, powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The highlight here is the powerful 200MP main camera—something that sets it apart in the foldable space.

The Galaxy Z Flip7 focuses on compact practicality, featuring a 4.1-inch FlexWindow on the outside and a 6.9-inch main screen inside. It’s powered by a 4,300mAh battery and weighs just 188 grams. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE brings the foldable experience to a broader audience, marking Samsung’s first clamshell under the FE branding.
