realme has launched the realme 15 5G and 15 Pro 5G in India, featuring a 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 50MP cameras, and a massive 7000mAh battery. Prices start at ₹23,999, sale begins July 30.
realme has introduced its new mid-range smartphones — the realme 15 5G and realme 15 Pro 5G — in India, featuring impressive displays, high-performance chips, and massive batteries. Both phones aim to offer a flagship-like experience at competitive prices.
Both devices feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, offering ultra-smooth visuals and vibrant color reproduction. The panel, manufactured by BOE, delivers up to 6500 nits of local peak brightness, supports 4D curved edges, and boasts a 94% screen-to-body ratio. Protection comes from Gorilla Glass 7i, and eye strain is reduced with PWM and DC dimming technologies.
In terms of performance, the realme 15 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ processor, while the 15 Pro 5G becomes India’s first phone with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. Both models support up to 12GB of physical RAM and up to 14GB of dynamic RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and app handling. A 7000mm² VC cooling system keeps the device temperatures in check during heavy tasks.
For photography, both smartphones include a 50MP Sony IMX882 / IMX896 primary camera with OIS and a 50MP front camera. The Pro variant takes things further with a dual 50MP rear camera setup, including a 50MP ultra-wide shooter. The realme 15 Pro 5G also supports 4K 60fps video recording on all lenses with advanced features like HDR video, AI scene recognition, and portrait lighting with MagicGlow 2.0.
Both phones run realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and come with AI features like Edit Genie, which lets users perform voice-based edits in over 20 Indian languages, including object removal, background swaps, and lighting enhancements. Additional features include Party Mode, scene-based camera filters, and gesture controls.
Battery is a key highlight, with both phones housing a large 7000mAh Titan battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The battery uses 813Wh/L energy density and helps maintain a slim body profile of 7.66mm thickness and a light weight of 187g.

Other features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, dual stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio certification, and USB Type-C audio support, ensuring a premium multimedia and durability experience.

The realme 15 series will be available in Silk Pink, Velvet Green, and Flowing Silver, with the Pro model also offering Silk Purple.
