Realme has officially launched its latest budget-friendly 5G smartphone, the Realme 14T 5G, in India. Packed with a massive 6,000mAh battery, a bright AMOLED display, and a powerful MediaTek chipset, the device is set to offer solid performance at a competitive price point.
Realme 14T 5G Specifications
Performance and Storage:
The Realme 14T 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, built on a 6nm process. It features an octa-core CPU clocked up to 2.4GHz and is coupled with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU running at 1.07GHz. The phone is available with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and storage options include 128GB and 256GB. Realme also offers Dynamic RAM expansion up to 18GB for enhanced multitasking.
Display:
The smartphone sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution (2400×1080 pixels). It offers a peak brightness of 2100 nits, ensuring excellent outdoor visibility. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate, providing a smooth and responsive user experience. It covers 111% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and features a 92.7% screen-to-body ratio.
Battery and Charging:
One of the major highlights of the Realme 14T 5G is its 6000mAh Titan battery, supported by 45W fast charging. The device comes with a 45W charger included in the box, offering quick top-ups.
Cameras:
On the back, the Realme 14T 5G boasts a 50MP AI main camera (OmniVision OV50D40 sensor) with an f/1.8 aperture, complemented by a 2MP monochrome sensor for additional depth information.
The front camera features a 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor, ideal for selfies and video calls. Video recording supports up to 1080p at 60fps on the rear, while the front camera can record at 1080p at 30fps.
Photography features include modes like Photo, Portrait, Night, PRO, Cinematic, SLO-MO, Dual-view video, Time-lapse, Street shooting, and more.
Connectivity:
The device supports 5G dual-mode connectivity (SA/NSA) and covers a wide range of 5G and 4G bands. It also supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5.1GHz/5.8GHz, Bluetooth 5.3, but NFC is not available.
Design and Build:
The Realme 14T 5G features a satin-inspired luxury design and comes in three color options:
- Surf Green
- Obsidian Black
- Lightning Purple
It also carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and weighs around 196 grams with a thickness of approximately 7.97mm.
Audio:
The smartphone includes an ultra-linear speaker setup with dual stereo speakers offering 300% louder volume, along with Hi-Res Audio certification and dual-microphone noise cancellation for clear audio experiences.
Software:
The device runs on Realme UI 6.0, based on the latest Android 15. Realme promises a clean and user-friendly software experience with the latest system enhancements.
