OnePlus is preparing to launch the OnePlus 13s in India, which will come equipped with a 6.32-inch display and a dual rear camera setup. The device will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising a faster and smoother user experience. A dedicated webpage for the OnePlus 13s is already live on the official website, indicating its imminent arrival.
Display and Build
The upcoming OnePlus 13s is officially confirmed to feature a 6.32-inch AMOLED display. Since this matches the display size of the OnePlus 13T, it’s likely the 13s will share similar screen specifications. The panel could offer LTPO support, a sharp resolution of 1216×2640 pixels, and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It may also support Dolby Vision and HDR10+ for enhanced viewing. Just like the 13T, the 13s might sport ultra-thin bezels and reach a peak brightness of 1600 nits. For durability, it could come with a crystal shield ceramic glass protection.
Performance and Storage
Under the hood, the phone will run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with an Adreno 830 GPU. The OnePlus 13s will be available in variants offering 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and internal storage of up to 1TB using UFS 4.0 technology.
Camera Setup
For photography, the OnePlus 13s sports a dual-camera arrangement on the back. This includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP telephoto lens, also with OIS and 2x zoom capabilities. On the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps.
Software and Features
The device will run on ColorOS 15, based on Android 15. It will also introduce several hardware features like a physical alert slider, dual stereo speakers, and a robust metal frame. The phone is rated IP65 for dust and water resistance, allowing it to handle minor splashes.
Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint sensor and a sizable 6,260mAh battery. Charging will be supported via 80W wired fast charging.
Colour Options
The OnePlus 13s will be offered in three colour finishes: Black Velvet, Green Silk and Pink Satin. These colours are already showcased on the official landing page in India.
Pricing
While the official pricing for India hasn’t been announced yet, the 12GB + 256GB variant of the OnePlus 13T was launched in China at 3,399 Yuan, which is approximately ₹39,715. Based on this, the OnePlus 13s is expected to be priced higher for the Indian market.
