The newly introduced Total Warranty spans a full decade—combining a standard 2-year warranty with an 8-year extended coverage. It applies to key components such as the engine, electrical parts, and the fuel injection (Fi) system. However, the offer is available only for a limited time and exclusively covers vehicles manufactured in the country. Imported models like the MT-03 and R3 are not part of this programme.

For scooters like the Fascino 125 Fi, RayZR Fi, and Aerox 155 Version S, the warranty covers up to 1,00,000 km. Meanwhile, motorcycles such as the R15, MT-15, and FZ Series are covered up to 1,25,000 km. Transferable Warranty

One of the key highlights of the 10-Year Total Warranty is its transferability. The warranty can be transferred to subsequent owners, making it beneficial even in the second-hand market. This not only adds long-term value to Yamaha vehicles but also enhances their resale prospects.

Post-Offer Availability

After the limited-period offer ends, new customers can still opt for the extended warranty at a nominal cost, once the standard two-year period concludes. This ensures continued access to extended protection even beyond the promotional window.

Market Impact

With this programme, Yamaha aims to offer more value and strengthen its after-sales network. It’s a move that not only reassures buyers about the durability of Yamaha vehicles but also adds a competitive edge in the growing two-wheeler market.
