itel A90 launched in India with Android 14 Go, 6.6-inch 90Hz display, UNISOC T7100 chip, 13MP camera, 5,000mAh battery, and IP54 rating. Prices start at ₹6,499 with up to 128GB storage.
itel has added a new device to its budget A-series lineup with the launch of the itel A90 in India. This new smartphone follows the itel A80, which was introduced earlier this year, and offers a set of features aimed at everyday users looking for value in the entry-level segment.
The itel A90 features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 480 nits of brightness. The screen also supports a Dynamic Bar at the top, which displays live alerts — a common element across several itel devices.
The phone is powered by a UNISOC T7100 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM. It runs on Android 14 Go Edition-based itel OS 14 and includes IP54 dust and water resistance.
In terms of optics, the itel A90 offers a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is included for added security.
One of the highlights of the A90 is the inclusion of Aivana 2.0, itel’s smart AI assistant. It can help with tasks such as answering questions based on documents, describing images, solving math problems, and making WhatsApp voice and video calls.
The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging, although it comes with a 10W charger inside the box. It also includes features like DTS sound, a 3.5mm audio jack, and expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD card.

The itel A90 is now available for purchase across retail outlets in India. It comes in two storage variants:

- 128GB model: ₹6,999
