2025 Suzuki Avenis has been launched with OBD-2B compliance, new colour options, and a 124.3cc engine producing 8.7 PS and 10 Nm torque. Priced at Rs 91,400 (ex-showroom), it remains a practical 125cc scooter.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the updated 2025 Avenis scooter, which now meets the more stringent OBD-2B emission norms. The upgrade focuses on emissions compliance while retaining its sharp, sporty styling and practical features. The ex-showroom price for the new Avenis Standard variant stands at Rs 91,400.
The 2025 Avenis retains its 124.3cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine made from lightweight aluminium. It continues to produce 8.7 PS at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. With the upgrade to OBD-2B compliance, Suzuki has ensured the scooter now meets the latest emission norms without compromising on performance.
Visually, the scooter retains its aggressive styling, marked by sharp bodywork and bold graphics. The 2025 model introduces a refreshed colour palette with four dual-tone options: Glossy Sparkle Black with Pearl Glacier White, Glossy Sparkle Black with Pearl Mira Red, Champion Yellow No.2 with Glossy Sparkle Black, and a monotone Glossy Sparkle Black.

The feature list remains unchanged, including a fully digital instrument console that displays real-time fuel economy data, battery voltage, oil change reminders, trip meters, engine temperature, and fuel level. The Avenis also comes equipped with an LED headlamp, a sporty LED tail lamp, and a side-stand engine cut-off function.

Other highlights include Suzuki’s Easy Start System with an integrated engine start/stop switch, a muffler cover, a stepped single-piece seat, split-style grab rails, and a spacious floorboard for added comfort. Practicality is further enhanced with a front storage box that includes a USB charging socket, a hinge-type external fuel filler cap, an optional front utility rack, and 21.8 litres of under-seat storage space.
The Avenis continues to rival other 125cc scooters like the TVS Ntorq 125, offering a good mix of features, design, and everyday usability.
Commenting on the launch, Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, “The launch of the OBD-2B compliant Suzuki Avenis Standard Variant reflects our focus on delivering products that meet the latest environmental standards without compromising on style, performance, or convenience. It is a great choice for riders looking for a reliable and stylish scooter.”
The new Standard variant of the Avenis is now available across Suzuki dealerships nationwide.
