Honda teases the launch of the X-ADV 750 in India through its premium BigWing dealership network. Powered by a 745cc twin-cylinder engine and packed with premium features, the adventure scooter is set to redefine the premium segment.

After the recent launch of the Rebel 500, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) isn’t slowing down. The brand has now dropped a teaser for the X-ADV 750, hinting that its globally popular adventure-style scooter is finally set to arrive in the Indian market. The teaser was released through the company’s premium BigWing dealership network, confirming that Honda is getting serious about its premium portfolio in the country.
A Segment-Bending Scooter
The X-ADV 750 isn’t your typical scooter. In fact, it’s hard to put it in a box. It combines the comfort and practicality of a maxi-scooter with the rugged styling and capability of an adventure motorcycle. This crossover approach has made it one of the most unique offerings in Honda’s global lineup — and a standout in markets like Europe and Southeast Asia.
Riders, brace yourself, a beast built for the wilder side is arriving soon.

Design-wise, it carries the aggressive stance of an ADV. There’s a split LED headlamp setup, a tall transparent windscreen, angular body panels, knuckle guards, and an upswept exhaust — all of which give it a proper adventure-ready vibe. It rides on wire-spoke wheels (17-inch front and 15-inch rear), wrapped in dual-purpose tyres to match the off-road styling.
Performance

Powering the X-ADV 750 is a 745cc parallel-twin engine, producing 57.7 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 69 Nm at 4,750 rpm. What sets it apart is the 6-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) — a feature rarely seen in scooters. It offers both automatic and manual-style gear shifting, along with riding modes like Sport, Rain, Standard, Gravel, and User, giving riders a lot of control over how the scooter behaves.
Top speed? A claimed 168 kmph, which puts it in a league of its own among scooters.
Features

Honda hasn’t cut corners on equipment either. The X-ADV gets full LED lighting, a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, keyless ignition, and dual-channel ABS. Suspension travel is 153 mm at the front and 150 mm at the rear — more than what you’d typically get on road-focused scooters — making it capable of handling light off-road trails and bad roads with ease.

Expected Price
With the Rebel 500 recently launched at Rs 5.12 lakh (ex-showroom), the X-ADV 750 is expected to slot in even higher. Internationally, it’s priced at around €11,499, which translates to nearly Rs 13 lakh. If Honda brings it in as a CBU, it could very well become India’s most expensive petrol-powered scooter, potentially overtaking the BMW C 400 GT that currently retails at Rs 11.50 lakh.
There are no direct rivals for the X-ADV 750 in the Indian market, which means it’s likely to appeal to a niche but enthusiastic audience looking for a premium, global product that stands out.
Final Word
With the X-ADV 750, Honda is showing a clear shift in focus. It’s no longer just about commuter scooters and volume sales. This scooter is about making a statement, offering Indian buyers a taste of what Honda’s global innovation looks like. While the exact launch timeline and pricing remain under wraps, the teaser confirms that the wait won’t be too long.
