HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro launched in China with 6.55-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and 8 Gen 3 chipsets, IP69 water resistance, and a massive 7200mAh battery. Available now in multiple colors.

HONOR recently released the HONOR 400 series smartphones in China, featuring some notable differences from the versions sold globally. Both phones come with a 6.55-inch OLED screen that offers Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The displays can reach a peak brightness of 5000 nits, which ensures clear viewing even in bright conditions.
Under the hood, the HONOR 400 now runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, an upgrade over the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 used in the international model. The HONOR 400 Pro continues to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Both models are built with a sturdy metal frame and come with IP68 and IP69 ratings, making them highly resistant to dust and water.
When it comes to cameras, both phones keep the same setup as their global counterparts. They each have a 200MP main camera with a large sensor measuring 1/1.4 inches, along with an f/1.9 aperture and dual stabilization (OIS + EIS). There is also a 12MP ultra-wide camera that supports macro photography.

The Pro model stands out by including a 50MP telephoto camera capable of 3x optical zoom and up to 50x digital zoom. The regular HONOR 400 offers up to 30x zoom through the main camera. For selfies, both phones feature a 50MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
One of the biggest upgrades in the Chinese versions is the battery. Instead of the 5300mAh batteries found in the global models, both phones now have a larger 7200mAh silicon-carbon battery. The HONOR 400 supports 80W fast charging, while the Pro model offers faster 90W wired charging and also supports 50W wireless charging.
