Vivo’s next premium mid-range smartphone, the T4 Ultra, is set to debut in India on June 11 at 12 p.m. The device will be available via Flipkart, Vivo India’s official e-store, and select offline retail outlets. It will join the T4 5G and T4x 5G models launched earlier this year, positioning itself as the flagship killer of the series.

Vivo T4 Ultra: Key Specifications and Features

The Vivo T4 Ultra is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, which features an ARM Cortex X4 Prime core clocked up to 3.4 GHz. It’s said to deliver an impressive AnTuTu score of over 2 million, offering flagship-level performance in its segment. The phone is also likely to come with 8GB of RAM, running on Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15.

Up front, the device may sport a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, curved edges, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is expected to support HDR peak brightness up to 5,000 nits, making it one of the brightest in the segment.

The triple rear camera setup will feature a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera based on Sony’s IMX882 sensor, offering 3x optical zoom and macro functionality. Vivo claims this is the first phone in its segment to offer 10x macro telephoto and up to 100x digital zoom. On the front, the T4 Ultra is expected to house a 50MP selfie camera.

Powering all this will be a 5,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, paired with 90W fast charging support via USB-C.

Vivo T4 Ultra: Pricing and Availability

The Vivo T4 Ultra will go on sale via Flipkart, the Vivo India online store, and select offline retail outlets after its official unveiling. While the company has not yet disclosed the pricing, the smartphone is expected to be positioned competitively in the premium mid-range segment.
