
Tata Motors has officially launched the much-anticipated Curvv Dark Edition and Curvv EV Dark Edition, bringing a bold, all-black aesthetic to its popular coupe-SUV lineup. These special editions are now available for booking across India with a token amount of ₹21,000.
Striking All-Black Design
Both the Curvv and Curvv EV Dark Editions feature a sleek Carbon Black exterior complemented by 18-inch dark alloy wheels with aero inserts. The design is further enhanced by glossy piano black elements, including the rear spoiler and flushed door handles with welcome lights. Inside, the cabin continues the dark theme with leatherette seats adorned with ‘Dark’ badges, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof with mood lighting, and rear sun blinds, creating a sophisticated and immersive driving environment.
Curvv EV Dark Edition: Power Meets Elegance
The Curvv EV Dark Edition is available exclusively in the top-tier Empowered Plus A variant, priced at ₹22.24 lakh (ex-showroom), which is ₹25,000 more than its standard counterpart. Under the hood, it houses a 55kWh LFP battery pack paired with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), delivering 164.72 bhp and 215 Nm of torque. This setup allows the EV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8.6 seconds, with a claimed range of 502 km on a single charge. Charging is efficient, with a 7.2kW AC home charger and DC fast charging support up to 70kW, enabling a 10 to 80 percent charge in approximately 40 minutes.
Curvv Dark Edition: Petrol and Diesel Options
The Curvv Dark Edition is offered in the higher-spec Accomplished S and Accomplished Plus A variants across both petrol and diesel powertrains. Each variant commands a premium of ₹32,000 over the standard models. Engine options include a 125 hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and a 118 hp, 1.5-litre diesel, both available with 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmissions.
