The launch of the highly anticipated Nothing Phone (3) appears to be just around the corner, and a recent product listing on Walmart’s business portal has further stirred excitement. While the listing doesn’t reveal much in terms of new design or specifications, it hints at a potential top-end variant and confirms that the official unveiling could happen soon.

The Phone (3) is the successor to last year’s Phone (2) and is expected to debut next month. Unlike its predecessors, the upcoming device will be available in both the US and Canada at launch. According to a report by TechCrunch, the device will be sold in the US through Nothing’s official website and Amazon, while Best Buy will handle retail sales in Canada.

Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed that the Phone (3) will support multiple 4G and 5G bands, including those used by AT&T and T-Mobile in the US. Pei added that the brand’s expansion in North America is part of a strategic move, driven by strong demand from users seeking alternatives to dominant players like Apple, Samsung, and Google. He noted that the launch is “a signal of where we are as a company.”

While the Walmart listing doesn’t showcase actual images of the new device—instead using a placeholder image of the Phone (2)—it includes a key detail: a configuration with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This suggests that Nothing may introduce a new top-tier model. The base model is expected to offer 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

As teased earlier by Carl Pei, the Phone (3) is positioned as the company’s first true flagship, with an expected price of around GBP 800 (approximately ₹93,500). Nothing has already confirmed the model number as A024. Leaked renders indicate a transparent rear panel, a triple camera setup, and the removal of the Glyph Interface—a notable departure from previous models. Instead, there are rumors of a new dot-matrix display, possibly taking cues from gaming phones like the Asus ROG series.

In terms of performance, the Phone (3) is expected to be powered by either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite or MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 series chip. A battery larger than 5,000mAh is also likely, which would align with the flagship-grade positioning.

Nothing has been promoting the upcoming device with phrases like “premium materials,” “Ultra precise engineering,” “major performance upgrades,” and “software that really levels things up,” suggesting a significant leap in both design and usability.

As the official launch nears, more concrete details are expected to surface. For now, the Walmart listing and previous teasers have offered a solid preview of what may be Nothing’s most ambitious smartphone yet.
