Nothing Headphone 1 is launching in India on July 1 alongside Phone 3. Leaked images reveal a transparent design, squarish earcups, USB-C, 3.5mm jack, and two colour options.

Nothing has officially confirmed that it will be launching its first full-size headphones, the Nothing Headphone 1, in India on July 1, the same day the company is set to unveil its Nothing Phone 3 globally. The announcement was made by Akis Evangelidis, co-founder of Nothing and head of its India operations, who shared the news on X (formerly Twitter) on June 20, putting to rest earlier speculation about a global-only release.
Alongside this confirmation, multiple renders and live images of the upcoming headphones have surfaced online, giving us a clear look at what Nothing is bringing to the table with its first over-ear audio product. As expected, the design sticks closely to Nothing’s now-familiar transparent, retro-futuristic aesthetic, featuring clear elements and an industrial vibe that sets it apart from more conventional headphone designs.

A Distinctive Design That Stands Out
The leaked images, shared by fan accounts and tipsters including Nothing Fan Blog on Instagram and @EqualLeaks on X, show that the Nothing Headphone 1 features squarish earcups with a raised oval module — a shape that slightly resembles a cassette tape. The earcups and the headband appear to be well-cushioned, suggesting a focus on comfort along with style. Visible buttons are placed on each earcup, with one image showing a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack, indicating wired and wireless connectivity options.

The renders also confirm that the headphones will be available in at least two colour options — black and white, although reports suggest the white model might be replaced with a grey version in the US market.
Expected Price and Availability
While Nothing has not officially confirmed the pricing yet, leaks suggest that the Nothing Headphone 1 will be priced at $309 in the US (roughly ₹26,750), £299 in the UK (around ₹34,830), and €299 in select European countries (approximately ₹29,830). Pricing for the Indian market is yet to be revealed, but more details are expected as the July 1 launch date approaches.
Nothing Phone 3 Also Launching the Same Day
The Nothing Phone 3, which is also making its debut on July 1, is expected to be a significant step forward for the company. Described by Nothing as its “true flagship,” the device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. In addition to the new processor, the Phone 3 will introduce a redesigned Glyph Matrix interface, replacing the Glyph Interface used in earlier models.
