All RWD variants are powered by a 75 kWh battery pack, delivering an ARAI-certified range of up to 627 km, while Tata estimates a real-world range of 480 to 505 km depending on conditions. Fast-charging support allows the battery to gain up to 250 km of range in just 15 minutes using a DC charger, adding a layer of convenience for longer journeys.
While the pricing for the dual-motor AWD variants is still under wraps, Tata has revealed key specifications. The AWD versions will offer a combined 396 PS—158 PS from the front motor and 238 PS from the rear—along with 504 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is claimed at 6.3 seconds, which would make the Harrier.ev one of the fastest SUVs in its segment. It also boasts serious off-road capability, with six terrain modes, Quad Wheel Drive, and a 540-degree surround view camera system for full visibility.

On the technology and comfort front, the Harrier.ev is packed with premium features. A large 14.53-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment system, built with Samsung’s Neo QLED display technology, takes center stage in the cabin. The audio setup includes a 10-speaker JBL system with Dolby Atmos support, offering a theatre-like experience inside the SUV. Additional highlights include e-Valet Auto Park Assist, a digital key system called Digi Access, and Tata’s DrivePay feature for integrated digital payments.

Perhaps the most significant announcement is Tata’s lifetime warranty on the Harrier.ev’s battery pack, a first in the Indian EV market. This warranty applies to the first private individual owner, emphasizing long-term peace of mind. With this launch, Tata Motors aims to redefine what buyers expect from an electric SUV—not just in terms of sustainability, but also performance, practicality, and luxury.
