Vivo X200 FE has been launched with a 6,500mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, 50MP Zeiss triple rear cameras, and a compact 6.31-inch AMOLED display. Here’s everything you need to know.

Vivo has launched the new X200 FE, and while it hasn’t yet revealed pricing or availability, the device is now listed on the brand’s official Taiwan website. With impressive hardware packed into a slim and lightweight frame, the X200 FE brings flagship-level specs to a slightly more accessible form.
The Vivo X200 FE is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. This configuration promises strong day-to-day performance as well as efficient multitasking. The device runs on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15, bringing the latest software experience out of the box.
The front is dominated by a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (1,216×2,640 pixels), offering vibrant visuals with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 460ppi. Despite its high-end hardware, the phone remains compact and light, measuring just 7.99mm thick and weighing 186 grams — even slimmer than some rivals like the OnePlus 13s, while still offering a larger battery.
Battery life is one of the X200 FE’s standout features. It packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, making it one of the few phones in its class to offer such high capacity without compromising on design.

On the camera front, Vivo continues its partnership with Zeiss. The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. This setup is similar to what Vivo offers on its flagship X200 model, barring the ultra-wide camera. The front camera is equally impressive, with a 50MP wide-angle shooter designed for selfies and video calls.
The device also offers solid durability with IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring dust and water resistance. In terms of connectivity, it includes Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, and support for global navigation systems like GPS, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo, and QZSS. Other onboard sensors include a color temperature sensor, flicker sensor, IR blaster, and more.
The Vivo X200 FE is listed in Fashion Pink, Light Honey Yellow, Minimalist Black, and Modern Blue (translated) colour options. While the full pricing and release schedule are still under wraps, the device positions itself as a strong contender in the upper-midrange segment.
