Amazfit has launched the Balance 2 smartwatch and Helio Strap tracker, designed for serious fitness and recovery. With HYROX modes, BioCharge™ Score, 170+ sport modes, and no subscription needed, here’s everything you need to know.

Amazfit has introduced two new wearables designed to support both performance and recovery — the Balance 2 GPS smartwatch and the Helio Strap, a screen-free tracker. With a focus on fitness data and recovery insights, the latest devices are aimed at users who train across multiple disciplines and want a more complete view of their physical condition.
The Balance 2 is built for sports enthusiasts who take their training seriously. It features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display made with scratch-resistant Sapphire glass and offers up to 2000 nits of brightness for easy readability outdoors. The watch is water-resistant up to 10 ATM and can last up to 21 days on a single charge, making it suitable for long-term use without frequent charging.
In partnership with HYROX, where Amazfit serves as the Official Timekeeper, the Balance 2 includes three dedicated HYROX modes. These allow users to plan their training around intervals, heart rate zones, transitions, and recovery. All performance data can be reviewed through the Zepp App, which serves as the central platform for both training and recovery analysis.
Beyond HYROX, the smartwatch supports over 170 sport modes, including popular activities like swimming, HIIT, running, strength training, and pickleball. Golfers will find dedicated features such as access to over 40,000 course maps, swing plane analysis, hazard alerts, and score tracking. For diving enthusiasts, the watch supports underwater tracking up to 45 meters, making it useful for both freediving and scuba diving.
The BioCharge™ Score is another key feature, providing real-time analysis of a user’s energy level by factoring in sleep quality, physical exertion, stress, and naps. This helps users make informed decisions about training intensity and rest.

Complementing the smartwatch is the Helio Strap, a lightweight, screen-free fitness tracker that focuses on recovery and health monitoring without digital distractions. It connects with Amazfit devices like the Balance 2 and Helio Ring via the Zepp App — and no subscription is needed to access its features.
The Helio Strap offers 24/7 heart rate monitoring and supports 27 workout modes, covering activities like yoga, cycling, strength training, HIIT, and more. It also tracks reps, sets, rest intervals, and includes HYROX Race support. A single charge provides up to 10 days of use.
When used together, the Balance 2 and Helio Strap form a connected fitness and recovery system. The combined data enhances heart rate tracking, fatigue monitoring, and recovery analysis — all managed through the Zepp App without needing any extra tools or subscriptions.
