Redmi K80 Ultra debuts with 6.83″ 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, Dimensity 9400+ chipset, 7410mAh battery, IP68 rating, and up to 16GB RAM. Now available in China.
Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi K80 Ultra, the most powerful model in its K80 series. The phone is equipped with top-end hardware focused on performance, display quality, and battery life.
It sports a 6.83-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2772 × 1280 pixels), 144Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 3200 nits. The panel also supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, DC Dimming, and 2560Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass.
The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. Xiaomi claims an AnTuTu score of 3.24 million. It includes a Discrete Graphics D2 chip that enables 144FPS ultra-high frame rate gaming. To keep thermals in check, the device features a 3D Ice Cycle Cold Pump with a 6500mm² cooling platform.
It also carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, along with a distinctive build that includes a curved metal frame, fiberglass back, and metal Deco camera module. Audio performance is boosted by master-level coaxial symmetrical dual speakers and a refined 0916C motor for strong haptic feedback.
Imaging is handled by a 50MP main sensor (1/1.55″) with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 20MP front camera. The rear camera supports up to 8K video recording, while the front handles up to 1080p at 60fps.
Powering the device is a 7410mAh battery with 10% silicon content and an energy density of 827Wh/L, offering 100W wired fast charging. Despite its large capacity, the phone remains relatively slim at 8.18mm and weighs 219g.
It runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual 4G VoLTE, USB-C audio, and support for multiple satellite positioning systems, including NavIC, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, QZSS, and Beidou.

The Redmi K80 Ultra is available in four colours: Sandstone Gray, Moon Rock White, Spruce Green, and Ice Front Blue. Sales have already begun in China, but there’s no official word yet on international availability.
