Hyundai Motor India has refreshed its i20 premium hatchback lineup for 2025 by introducing a new Magna Executive variant, priced at Rs 7.51 lakh (ex-showroom). The update aims to widen the i20’s appeal by offering more features and safer variants at competitive price points. Along with the new trim, Hyundai has also updated the Magna and Sportz (O) variants with additional equipment and enhanced value.

New Magna Executive – Enhanced Safety at Entry-Level

The newly introduced Magna Executive trim sits between the base Magna and Sportz variants. While maintaining an affordable price, it brings in several high-value safety and convenience features that were previously reserved for higher trims.

Magna Variant Now with IVT and Sunroof

In a bid to offer more choices to automatic car buyers, Hyundai has now equipped the Magna trim with the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT), making it the most affordable automatic i20 yet. What’s more, this version also gains the Smart Electric Sunroof, previously available only on higher trims.

Sportz (O) Trim Gets Premium Upgrades

The Sportz (O) variant has also been updated to include a suite of premium features, improving its standing as a mid-range offering in the i20 portfolio. The upgrades bring a touch of sophistication and enhanced user experience.

  • Fully Automatic Temperature Control (FATC) with digital display

Genuine Accessory Package Adds Infotainment at a Budget

To enhance the appeal of the lower-spec trims, Hyundai is offering a 10.05-inch touchscreen infotainment system as a genuine accessory. This unit supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and also includes a reverse parking camera. It is priced at Rs 14,999 and comes with a 3-year warranty, offering great value for those wanting to upgrade without turning to aftermarket solutions.
