Bentley Motors has unveiled the much-anticipated Batur Convertible at an exclusive launch event in Dubai, marking a significant moment for the brand. The Batur Convertible is the third coachbuilt Bentley of the modern era, handcrafted by Mulliner, Bentley’s bespoke division. With only 16 individually numbered units being produced, this luxury grand tourer is poised to become a highly sought-after collector’s item.

The Batur Convertible draws inspiration from Bentley’s DNA, capturing the essence of open-air Grand Touring in a progressive design that stems from the Batur coupe. Each model will house the iconic 750 PS W12 engine, a 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged powerhouse that represents one of the final uses of this legendary engine before its production concludes this summer.

The exterior of the Batur Convertible showcases Bentley’s unrivalled craftsmanship and design potential. Painted in Midnight Emerald with High Gloss Carbon Fibre finishes, it features a bold Satin Dark Titanium front grille, contrasted with a Gloss Mandarin to Gloss Beluga fade, creating a dynamic visual transition. The Batur Racing Stripe, finished in Gloss Porpoise and accented with Gloss Mandarin outer stripes, seamlessly ties the exterior to the cabin.

The cabin also boasts machined titanium Organ Stops and Bullseye vents, as well as Mulliner’s “guitar fade” veneer, transitioning from gloss Beluga to high gloss carbon fibre and back. Every Batur Convertible is finished with the signature laser-etched audio imprint of the W12 engine, symbolizing the vehicle’s unique performance capabilities.
