Jeep India launches Compass and Meridian Trail Editions with bold styling updates and special ownership benefits under the new ‘Jeep Trust’ program. Prices start at ₹25.41 lakh.

Jeep India has rolled out the Trail Editions of its Compass and Meridian SUVs, introducing a blend of cosmetic upgrades and exclusive benefits under the brand’s newly launched ‘Jeep Trust’ initiative. These limited-run editions are based on the Compass Longitude (O) and Meridian Limited (O) trims and are now available for booking across dealerships.
Visually, both models receive a range of enhancements to distinguish them from their standard counterparts. These include unique Trail Edition decals on the hood and body, Neutral Grey accents on the grille, roof rails, badges, and ORVMs, along with stylish 18-inch dual-tone Granite Crystal alloy wheels.

The Compass Trail Edition features a darker aesthetic with Neutral Grey finishing applied to key exterior elements such as the grille rings, ORVMs, roof rails, and rear fascia. A matte black grille and red highlights on the front bumper help further enhance its appeal. Inside, the black upholstery is complemented by red stitching and bolstered design cues, while Trail-specific mats and graphics complete the look.

The Meridian Trail Edition takes a more premium route. A gloss-black roof contrasts with Piano Black and Neutral Grey detailing across the body cladding, roof rails, fog lamp bezels, and tail lamp surrounds. Red accents add visual drama to the front end, while Trail Edition badges highlight its exclusivity. The cabin continues the red and black theme, with themed skid plates and graphics adding character.

The interiors are finished in a black theme with red contrast stitching, camouflage-style appliqués, all-weather floor mats, and branded scuff plates to reinforce the rugged character.

Mechanically, there are no changes to the powertrain or feature list compared to the regular variants. However, Jeep is offering added value through the new ‘Jeep Trust’ ownership package. Buyers of the Compass Trail Edition will receive a complimentary three-year annual maintenance package, a five-year extended warranty, and a cash benefit of ₹20,000. The Meridian Trail Edition comes bundled with a three-year AMC.

In terms of pricing, the Compass Trail Edition is offered at ₹25.41 lakh for the manual and ₹27.41 lakh for the automatic (ex-showroom), carrying a premium of ₹58,000 over the base Longitude (O) trim. The Meridian Trail Edition starts at ₹31.27 lakh for the manual, ₹35.27 lakh for the automatic, and goes up to ₹37.27 lakh for the top-spec 4×4 automatic version — each priced ₹48,000 higher than their respective donor variants.
Commenting on the launch, Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director, Automotive Brands, Stellantis India, said, “The Trail Editions reflect the Jeep brand’s core values of freedom, adventure, authenticity, and passion. These bold new editions provide a differentiated ownership experience for customers who want to stand out — both on and off the road. With the addition of the Jeep Trust program, we are reaffirming our commitment to offering value beyond the drive.”
