KTM has increased the price of the 250 Duke by Rs. 5,000, pushing the ex-showroom Delhi price to Rs. 2.30 lakh. The latest price revision follows the end of a promotional offer that had brought the cost down from its launch price of Rs. 2.45 lakh. The 2025 edition of the motorcycle was introduced in October last year, and KTM had rolled out a year-end discount of Rs. 20,000 in December 2024. While this offer was initially said to be valid until January 2025, the discounted price continued into the following months before being revised earlier this month.

Positioned as one of KTM India’s top-selling models, the 250 Duke stands out as a more accessible option compared to the larger 390 Duke. Although both models share a similar design, the 250 Duke undercuts the 390 by around Rs. 67,000. Despite the lower price tag, it still delivers a spirited ride, with slightly fewer features than its sibling.

Powering the bike is a 248.7cc liquid-cooled engine that generates 30.57 BHP and 25 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also gets an updated chassis, built around a new steel trellis frame, featuring an offset mono-shock, a curved swingarm, and redesigned 17-inch alloy wheels—all contributing to a lighter setup.

In terms of features, the 250 Duke offers a ride-by-wire throttle, selectable ride modes, a slipper clutch, and a quick shifter. The instrument cluster is a five-inch full-colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.

Buyers can choose from four colour options—Ebony Black, Black and Blue, Ceramic White, and Electronic Orange—adding some variety to the styling.

Even with the recent price increase, the KTM 250 Duke continues to offer strong value in the premium motorcycle segment, combining performance, features, and style in a competitive package.
