Mahindra has launched the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG in India at ₹11.19 lakh. It offers a 1.85-tonne payload, 400km range, and features iMAXX connected tech for better fleet management.
Mahindra has rolled out its latest addition to the commercial vehicle segment—the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG. Priced at ₹11.19 lakh (ex-showroom), the new model marks Mahindra’s first CNG-powered pickup equipped with connected tech and is aimed squarely at transporters looking for efficient, low-running-cost cargo solutions.
This CNG variant comes with a 2.5-litre turbocharged engine producing 61 kW of power and 220 Nm of torque, tuned to deliver strong performance even under heavy load. It’s paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and features power steering, making it suitable for both city and semi-urban operations.
What sets this model apart is its segment-leading payload capacity of 1.85 tonnes, backed by a large 3050mm cargo bed. Mahindra has also equipped it with 16-inch tyres and a leaf spring suspension setup at both ends to tackle rough roads while maintaining stability.
The Bolero MaXX Pik-Up HD 1.9 CNG is designed with long hauls in mind. Its 180-litre CNG tank offers a claimed driving range of up to 400 kilometres on a single fill—something that will appeal to logistics operators and small businesses alike.
A key highlight is the addition of Mahindra’s iMAXX telematics platform. This tech allows real-time vehicle tracking, fuel usage monitoring, and better fleet management, bringing a new level of intelligence to the CNG pickup space.

On the comfort front, the HD 1.9 CNG includes basic yet useful features like air conditioning, a heating system, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. The D+2 seating layout ensures added flexibility for different types of commercial use.
