Ola Electric has officially started test rides for its first electric motorcycle, the Ola Roadster X, following its debut earlier this year in February. The test ride rollout marks a key step ahead of deliveries, allowing interested buyers to experience the bike first-hand.
Test rides are currently being conducted in select cities, with Ola expected to expand availability in the coming weeks. Customers looking to try out the Roadster X can book test rides through the brand’s official website, mobile app, or by visiting their nearest Ola Electric dealership.

Booking a test ride is simple — buyers can head to Ola Electric’s official website or app, choose their preferred location, and select a convenient time slot. Additionally, Ola dealerships are accepting walk-ins and appointments for test rides based on slot availability.
Ola Roadster X: Ride Modes and Speed
The Roadster X offers three distinct ride modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport, each tuned for different performance needs. Eco mode is optimized for range, Normal balances performance and efficiency, while Sport mode delivers the full power of the electric motor.

Battery Options and Performance
The Roadster X comes in multiple battery configurations — 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh — with a 7 kW motor that produces 9.4 bhp. This setup allows a top speed of up to 118 km/h and a claimed IDC range of up to 252 km, depending on the variant.
The higher-spec Roadster X+ takes performance up a notch with an 11 kW motor delivering 14.75 bhp, paired with a 4.5 kWh or 9.1 kWh battery. It achieves a top speed of 125 km/h and an impressive claimed range of 501 km.
