Skoda Auto India has introduced the 2025 model year (MY2025) update for its mid-size sedan, the Slavia. The update includes a price revision of up to ₹45,000 on selected variants and the addition of new features in specific trims. There are no mechanical changes to the vehicle.
Revised Pricing and Variants
The Slavia is now offered in five variants: Classic, Signature, Sportline, Monte Carlo, and Prestige. The updated ex-showroom prices start at ₹10.34 lakh and extend up to ₹18.24 lakh. The on-road price in New Delhi begins at approximately ₹12 lakh. The revised pricing aims to make the model more accessible across a broader customer base.
Design and Dimensions
The Slavia retains its exterior design elements, including Skoda’s hexagonal front grille, crystalline LED headlamps with L-shaped daytime running lights, and split LED tail lamps. The sedan has a ground clearance of 179 mm. A sunroof is available on selected variants.
Interior and Features
Interior equipment includes a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, an 8-speaker audio system, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, and wireless charging. The boot space remains at 521 litres.
Safety Equipment
All variants of the Slavia come equipped with six airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill-hold assist, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, and a rear parking camera as standard safety features.
Powertrain and Fuel Efficiency
The vehicle continues to be powered by the existing engine options: a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. Transmission options include both manual and automatic gearboxes. The claimed maximum fuel efficiency is 20.32 km/l.
Feature Updates to Signature Variant
The Signature variant has received additional features with the MY2025 update. These include LED headlamps with DRLs, a sunroof, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror (IRVM), and rain-sensing wipers. The powertrain configuration remains unchanged.
