Tata Harrier EV detailed ahead of bookings on July 2. Offered in 6 trims with 65kWh and 75kWh battery options, RWD and QWD setups, up to 627km certified range, ADAS, JBL sound, and more.

Tata Motors has officially detailed the variant-wise features and specifications of the Harrier EV ahead of its booking commencement on July 2, 2025. While the prices for the rear-wheel-drive variants have already been announced, starting at ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom), Tata Motors has now revealed full variant-wise specifications and features.
The Harrier EV will be available in three mechanical configurations—65kWh RWD, 75kWh RWD, and 75kWh QWD (Quad-Motor with AWD). The standard RWD variants are powered by a single motor producing 235bhp and 315Nm of torque. The QWD variant, positioned at the top of the range, comes with a dual-motor setup, generating 235bhp from the rear motor and 156bhp from the front, resulting in a combined torque output of 504Nm. This configuration enables all-wheel-drive capabilities and makes the Harrier EV suitable for more demanding terrains.
In terms of range, the Harrier EV offers MIDC-certified figures of 538km for the 65kWh variant, 627km for the 75kWh RWD, and 622km for the 75kWh QWD model. For a more realistic understanding, Tata has also released real-world estimates under its C75 testing cycle. According to these figures, the 65kWh variant delivers a usable range of 420 to 445km, while the 75kWh RWD variant is expected to return between 480 and 505km. The QWD model offers a slightly lower real-world range of 460 to 490km due to the additional power demands of the dual-motor system.
Tata is offering the Harrier EV in six trim levels: Adventure 65, Adventure S 65, Fearless+ 65, Fearless+ 75, Empowered 75, and Empowered QWD 75. Each variant builds on the previous one in terms of features, allowing buyers to select a version that best fits their preferences and budget. The base Adventure 65 comes well-equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, dual 10.25-inch displays for the infotainment and instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, leatherette upholstery, and full safety coverage including six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, and all-wheel disc brakes. Other key features in this variant include connected car technology, cruise control, automatic climate control, and support for both vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) charging functions.

The Adventure S 65 variant adds further comfort and tech features such as a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, and split-folding rear seats with a centre armrest. These additions are aimed at enhancing both practicality and convenience for families and long-distance travelers.
Moving up the range, the Fearless+ trim—offered with both the 65kWh and 75kWh battery packs—introduces several premium enhancements. This includes 19-inch alloy wheels, a 360-degree surround camera, a driver knee airbag, front parking sensors, and a 10-speaker JBL sound system. Interior upgrades include ventilated and powered front seats, manual sunshades for the rear windows, dual-zone climate control, and a wireless phone charger. This variant is expected to appeal to buyers seeking both safety and creature comforts.

Additionally, this trim is equipped with a 14.5-inch infotainment screen, a Dolby Atmos audio system, a gesture-controlled powered tailgate, and a digital steering wheel with ultra-wideband (UWB) remote key access. It also features a terrain mode selector with LED display and four off-road modes—Normal, Wet, Rough, and Custom—for versatile driving scenarios.

This version is tailored for those looking for maximum capability, both in performance and rugged usability.
Tata Motors is offering the Harrier EV in four exterior colour options: Pristine White, Pure Grey, Empowered Oxide, and Nainital Nocturne. While pricing for the top-end QWD variant is still awaited, the detailed breakdown of trims and features already positions the Harrier EV as a well-rounded offering in the premium electric SUV segment.
