Toyota Innova Hycross Exclusive Edition launched at ₹32.58 lakh, featuring black exterior accents, new interior updates, and additional features like a wireless charger and air purifier.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced a new variant of its popular MPV, the Innova Hycross, with the launch of the Exclusive Edition. Priced at ₹32.58 lakh (ex-showroom), this special edition is based on the top-spec ZX (O) hybrid variant and will be available only between May and July 2025. With refreshed styling and added equipment, it offers buyers a more upmarket take on the premium MPV.
Design Highlights
The Exclusive Edition stands out visually with several distinct exterior changes. It gets a contrasting gloss-black roof and black accents on the front grille, ORVMs, front and rear under-runs, and rear number plate garnish. Toyota has also reworked the wheel arches and added a chrome rear door garnish to further differentiate it from the standard model. The alloy wheels have been retained but complement the darker elements well. An ‘Exclusive Edition’ badge on the tailgate reinforces its limited-run identity.
Interior Updates and Added Equipment
Inside the cabin, Toyota has introduced new dual-tone chestnut-black upholstery and a redesigned dashboard trim. The upholstery remains fabric-based but now features updated patterns and textures to enhance cabin appeal. The Exclusive Edition also includes several additional convenience features over the standard ZX (O) trim. These include a wireless charging pad, a built-in air purifier, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and legroom illumination for second-row passengers.
Other features from the ZX (O) variant are carried over. This includes the electrically adjustable ottoman seats in the second row, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, JBL 9-speaker audio system, powered tailgate, and ambient lighting.
Advanced Safety and Hybrid Technology
The Exclusive Edition retains the comprehensive safety suite of the ZX (O) variant. This includes Toyota’s ADAS package featuring adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. The MPV also gets six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, and a 360-degree camera system.
Powering the vehicle is Toyota’s 2.0-litre TNGA-based strong hybrid petrol engine paired with an e-drive transmission. This powertrain delivers a combined output of 186 PS. Thanks to its hybrid setup, the Hycross can run in EV-only mode under certain conditions, contributing to impressive fuel efficiency figures. Toyota claims the hybrid system can operate in pure electric mode for up to 60% of city driving conditions, which helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
Booking and Availability
The Exclusive Edition is offered only in a 7-seater configuration and sits at the top of the Hycross lineup. Toyota has not revealed the exact number of units for the Innova Hycross Exclusive Edition, but the limited availability between May and July 2025 indicates that it will be produced in limited quantities. Bookings for the variant can be made through Toyota’s authorised dealerships or the company’s official website.
