Toyota Launches 2025 Urban Cruiser Hyryder with Enhanced Features: Check Price

Toyota has unveiled the 2025 Urban Cruiser Hyryder in India, introducing significant upgrades in features and transmission choices. The updated model is now available at a starting ex-showroom price of ₹11.34 lakh, reflecting a ₹20,000 increase from its predecessor. This strategic enhancement aims to bolster Toyota’s position in the competitive compact SUV segment, where the Hyryder competes with models like the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, and Honda Elevate.

Interior and Comfort Enhancements

The 2025 Urban Cruiser Hyryder’s cabin has been thoughtfully upgraded to enhance passenger comfort and convenience. A notable addition is the 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, allowing for personalized seating positions. The front seats now feature ventilation, providing relief during warmer conditions. Rear passengers benefit from the inclusion of sunshades on the doors, offering increased privacy and protection from sunlight. Ambient lighting has been introduced, creating a soothing atmosphere within the cabin. Furthermore, the integration of Type-C USB fast-charging ports ensures that modern devices remain charged on the go.

Safety Features

Toyota has prioritized safety in the 2025 Hyryder by implementing structural enhancements aimed at improving occupant protection. The SUV now comes equipped with six airbags as standard across all variants, providing comprehensive coverage in the event of a collision. An electronic parking brake has been introduced in select automatic transmission variants, adding an extra layer of convenience and safety. Additionally, the inclusion of a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) across more variants ensures that drivers are promptly alerted to any deviations in tire pressure, enhancing overall driving safety.

Mechanical and Transmission Updates

Under the hood, the 2025 Urban Cruiser Hyryder continues to offer the reliable 1.5-liter petrol engine, available with both CNG and hybrid options. A significant mechanical update is the introduction of a 6-speed automatic transmission in the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) variant, replacing the previous 5-speed manual gearbox. This change is designed to provide smoother gear transitions and enhance the driving experience, particularly in varied driving conditions.
