TVS has launched the iQube 3.1 kWh electric scooter in India, priced from ₹1.10 lakh. It offers 121 km range, 82 kmph top speed, and comes in five dual-tone colour options.

TVS Motor Company has added a new variant to its iQube electric scooter lineup with the launch of the iQube 3.1 kWh in India. Priced between ₹1.10 lakh and ₹1.12 lakh (on-road, Delhi, including state subsidy), this new variant aims to strike a balance between affordability and usable real-world range, sitting neatly between the existing 2.2 kWh and 3.5 kWh versions.
As the name suggests, this variant is powered by a 3.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, offering an IDC-certified range of 121 km on a single charge. Interestingly, despite being a mid-spec offering, the iQube 3.1 delivers a top speed of 82 kmph—matching that of the higher-end ST variants. The scooter is equipped with the same 4.4 kW Bosch-sourced hub-mounted motor used across the iQube range.
In terms of charging, TVS says the 0 to 80 percent charge time stands at 4 hours and 30 minutes, although further detailed specs are still to be updated on the official website. Mechanically, the scooter remains unchanged from the other variants, with a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is handled by a 220 mm disc up front and a drum brake at the rear.

Weighing 116.8 kg, the iQube 3.1 is lighter than the top-end variants, making it slightly more manageable for urban commuting. It also retains the spacious 32-litre underseat storage, which is a strong point of the iQube range.
On the feature front, the new variant comes with a 5-inch non-touch colour display that supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and call alerts, anti-theft alert, and a USB mobile charger. While it doesn’t include the full digital suite of the 3.5 kWh variant, it still offers a practical and tech-friendly experience for daily riders.

TVS is offering the iQube 3.1 in five colour options: Pearl White, Titanium Grey, Walnut Brown, Starlight Blue-Beige, and Copper Brown-Beige — all dual-tone finishes. Not only does this broaden the visual appeal, but it also positions the 3.1 as a more premium alternative to the entry-level version.
With this launch, TVS has filled the gap between the ₹1.01 lakh entry-level iQube 2.2 and the ₹1.23 lakh iQube 3.5, offering buyers a more balanced choice in terms of price, range, and features. The launch also comes at a time when competition in the electric scooter segment is heating up, especially with recent updates from rivals like the Bajaj Chetak.
