Infosys launches over 200 enterprise AI agents built with Infosys Topaz and Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, designed to streamline operations across industries through intelligent automation and AI-first strategies.
Infosys has announced a major step in its AI-driven digital transformation journey with the rollout of more than 200 enterprise AI agents. These have been developed under the Infosys Topaz™ AI portfolio in collaboration with Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform.
Designed using Google Cloud’s agentic AI framework, these AI agents are equipped to handle complex enterprise workflows and enable large-scale multi-agent operations. They aim to transform business processes across key industries such as healthcare, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and agriculture.
Empowering Businesses with Autonomous AI Capabilities
These AI agents bring a wide array of advanced functionalities to the table — including autonomous decision-making, real-time performance tracking, intelligent data analysis, and multimodal input processing. With the ability to interpret structured and unstructured data, the agents are designed to drive operational efficiency and reduce the need for human intervention in routine tasks.
Infosys noted that these AI agents prioritize secure data handling by using encrypted communication and robust protection protocols. Their ability to assess business scenarios independently and take decisions is intended to help enterprises improve productivity and streamline operations.
