Nothing Phone (3) is expected to launch in July 2025 with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and up to 16GB RAM, while Headphone (1) enters the premium audio market with ANC at $299. Here’s everything leaked so far.

Nothing appears ready to shift gears in 2025, as fresh leaks hint at the company’s first flagship smartphone — the Phone (3) — alongside its debut in the over-ear audio segment with the upcoming Headphone (1). Both products are expected to launch in the coming months, marking a clear move toward premium territory for the brand.
According to a leak shared by tipster @MysteryLupin on X, the Nothing Phone (3) is set to launch in July and will be offered in two color options — black and white. The leaked pricing suggests a significant step up from its earlier models. The base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is expected to cost $799 (approximately ₹68,298), while the higher-end version with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage may be priced at $899 (around ₹76,845). These price points align closely with earlier hints from CEO Carl Pei, who suggested a launch price near €800. The use of US pricing further indicates that the Phone (3) could see a full-scale launch in the American market.

Hardware upgrades are expected to be a key focus. The new model is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 8-series processor, likely the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, offering a major leap in performance over the Phone (2). The display could be a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the camera setup is said to include triple 50MP sensors. A 5,000mAh battery is also expected, along with software enhancements through the upcoming Nothing OS 3.0 based on Android 15. The updated OS promises better battery management and a cleaner user experience. The company has confirmed that the Glyph interface will no longer be part of the design, although it remains unconfirmed whether it will be replaced by a customizable dot-matrix display.

Nothing is also preparing to expand its audio lineup with the launch of its first over-ear headphones, the Headphone (1). These are expected to arrive around September 30, 2025, and will also be offered in black and white. The leaked pricing puts them at $299 (roughly ₹25,558). With this, Nothing appears to be targeting high-end competitors like Sony’s WH-1000XM6, but at a more accessible price point. While full specifications are still under wraps, the brand’s past success with products like the Ear (2) suggests that the new headphones will likely include active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and other smart features.

Taken together, these upcoming releases indicate a shift in Nothing’s strategy, moving from its earlier mid-range positioning to directly competing with flagship offerings from established brands. The Phone (3) will likely go up against premium models from Samsung and Google, while the Headphone (1) aims to carve out a space in the crowded high-end audio market. Whether this move into the premium segment pays off remains to be seen, but with more leaks expected soon, we should get a clearer picture ahead of the official launches.
