Nothing Phone (3) Press Renders Leak: First Look at Design

The upcoming Nothing Phone (3) has now surfaced in official-looking press renders, offering the clearest look yet at the smartphone’s design and layout. This follows Nothing’s recent confirmation that the device will feature a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera—marking the first time a Nothing phone includes a dedicated zoom lens.

The renders reveal that the periscope camera sits at the top of a vertically aligned triple camera setup, placed on the left side of the rear panel. Just below it are the main and ultra-wide cameras, while the LED flash is positioned above. On the opposite corner, the updated Glyph Matrix lighting setup—previously teased by the brand—is clearly visible, hinting at enhanced notification customizations.

The design sticks to Nothing’s signature transparent aesthetic and will be available in both Black and White colour options. Notably, a new “Essential Key” can be seen below the power button on the right frame of the device, potentially offering extra functionality. The bezels also appear more refined and slimmer compared to the Phone (2) and the recently launched Phone (3a), giving it a cleaner front profile.

Nothing has confirmed that the Phone (3) will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. Benchmark results have further hinted at a configuration featuring up to 16GB of RAM—a notable first for the series—though a 12GB variant is also expected. The phone is likely to come preloaded with Android 15, running the latest Nothing OS 3.3.

As for the rest of the hardware, early leaks point to a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display. The camera setup is expected to include a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and the previously confirmed 50MP 3x periscope telephoto unit. On the front, the Phone (3) might also feature a 50MP selfie camera. Certification databases have indicated a 5,150mAh battery under the hood, with support for 65W fast wired charging.

More details about the Nothing Phone (3) are expected to be revealed at its official launch.
