Nothing Phone (3) has recieved FCC certification, confirming a 5,150mAh battery and 65W fast charging. Leaks also reveal a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display, and a triple 50MP camera setup. Launch set for July 1.

The upcoming Nothing Phone (3) is getting closer to its official debut, with the device now received FCC certification and revealing several key specifications. Nothing has already confirmed that the Phone (3) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and has also teased a redesigned Glyph Matrix — pointing to notable upgrades in both performance and design. The certification, first spotted by The Tech Outlook, lists the device under model number A024 and confirms support for 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth, NFC, and Android 15 running on Nothing OS 3.3.
A key upgrade is the inclusion of a 5,150mAh battery, a bump over the 4,700mAh unit found in the Nothing Phone (2). While not the largest battery in the Android flagship space, it’s a solid improvement that should offer better endurance. The FCC listing also confirms 65W wired fast charging, an upgrade from the previous 45W. Wireless charging is expected to be supported again, though the exact speed hasn’t been detailed in the certification.
Meanwhile, recent leaks have revealed even more about what to expect from Nothing’s next phone. The Phone (3) is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, combining power efficiency with smooth visuals. The display is expected to be one of the highlights of the device, particularly with its adaptive refresh rate tech.
In terms of performance, the smartphone will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, putting it in the flagship category for the first time in Nothing’s lineup. The camera setup is also expected to be more advanced this year, featuring three 50MP sensors on the rear — including a 3x periscope telephoto lens, an ultra-wide camera, and a primary 50MP shooter. A 50MP front camera is also expected to handle selfies and video calls.

Leaked specs further suggest support for 100W wired fast charging, wireless charging, and even reverse wireless charging, indicating that the Phone (3) may come with faster top-end charging support than what’s shown in the FCC listing. It is also rumored to include eSIM support and launch with the latest Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 15.
Nothing has confirmed the launch date as July 1, and based on the certifications and leaks so far, the Phone (3) is shaping up to be a well-rounded premium smartphone.
