Nothing Phone 3 to Launch without Glyph Interface: Check India price, design, camera, and more

Nothing is getting ready to unveil its next flagship, the Nothing Phone 3, in July 2025. While the company hasn’t officially launched the device yet, several teasers and leaks have revealed key details, including possible design changes, specifications, and a significant price hike. One of the most talked-about developments is the possible removal of the Glyph Interface — a design feature that has been part of every Nothing smartphone since its debut.

Design Changes: End of Glyph Interface?

One of the biggest changes hinted at is the removal of the Glyph Interface — the signature LED lighting system on the back panel that made the Nothing phones stand out. In a recent teaser shared on X (formerly Twitter), the brand hinted at “killing” the Glyph lights, suggesting a major shift in design philosophy. The video featured lights from the original Phone (1) fading out, possibly marking the end of the Glyph era.

The upcoming Phone 3 might introduce a new back panel design, possibly featuring textured finishes and pixel-style animations. Some speculate the company may be using dot-matrix displays in place of the old LED layout. This retro-inspired design could be a new identity for the device, moving away from the flashy aesthetics of previous models.

Display Features

Leaks suggest the Nothing Phone 3 will feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is also expected to support up to 3,000 nits peak brightness, offering improved outdoor visibility and smoother animations.

Camera Setup

On the camera front, the Nothing Phone 3 is expected to include a triple rear camera setup. This could be led by a 50MP primary sensor, accompanied by two additional lenses for ultrawide and possibly telephoto capabilities. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP front-facing camera is expected.

Nothing Phone 3 Price in India (Expected)

The Nothing Phone 3 is expected to launch in the UK with a price of around £800 (approx Rs 92,200). While the official India pricing hasn’t been confirmed yet, it is likely that the brand will adjust the cost for the Indian market. Industry experts suggest the price in India could range between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000, depending on the final configuration. The base model may include 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, with higher variants expected to offer up to 512GB storage.
