realme confirms the launch of realme 15 and 15 Pro 5G on July 24 in India. Actor Vicky Kaushal joins as smartphone ambassador. The series will bring new AI features and design upgrades.

realme has officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming realme 15 Series in India. The new smartphones — realme 15 5G and realme 15 Pro 5G — are set to make their debut on July 24, marking the brand’s next step in targeting a young and tech-savvy audience.
In line with this new phase, realme has also announced Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal as the brand’s official smartphone ambassador. This partnership kicks off with the “Live for real” campaign and will place Kaushal at the center of realme’s key promotional efforts — starting with the launch of the realme 15 Series. The brand believes that his appeal to Gen Z and millennials makes him a natural fit for their evolving identity.
The realme 15 Series is being pitched as a product line designed for young, socially active users who value both performance and aesthetics. In keeping with that focus, the phones are expected to feature AI-powered capabilities, upgraded camera tech, and a refreshed design language.
Among the standout features teased so far is the AI Edit Genie, a new voice-led photo editing tool that enables users to modify their pictures using voice commands — a first in this segment and potentially a major draw for content creators and social media users.

Leaked information suggests that the realme 15 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, which would be a notable performance jump over the previous generation’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.
realme has also hinted that the Pro model will include flagship-grade features that were previously reserved for the brand’s “Plus” lineup, suggesting a more premium experience than past mid-range offerings.
With the official unveiling just around the corner, we can expect more specifications and feature details to surface in the coming days.
